Can I get a McTavish surfboard shipped to me internationally?

Yes! We ship boards internationally. Freight cost vary depending on your location, so we handle international surfboard shipping on a quote-by-quote basis. Get in touch at stoked@mctavish.com.au and we'll sort out the best option for you. More shipping details can be found here.

 

How much does shipping cost within Australia?

Domestic apparel orders over $150 ship free (excluding surfboards and travel bags). For surfboards, freight is calculate by state:

NSW - $200

QLD, VIC, ACT - $220

SA, WA, NT, TAS - $300

Why have I only received part of my order?

We dispatch from three different locations, so if you've ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. Not to worry, the rest of your order is most likely already on its way! If you have any questions, get in touch with us at stoked@mctavish.com.au and we'll help you track it down.

  

How can I order a Custom Surfboard?

Getting started is easy - just reach out to us directly by emailing stoked@mctavish.com.au,visit us instore or give us a ring. When you get in touch, it helps to know whether you already have a model or dimensions in mind, or whether you'd like some guidance finding the right board. Either way, we're happy to help. The more you can tell us about yourself and your surfing, like your experience level, height and weight, the types of waves you usually surf, and what you're looking for in a board, the better we can dial in the perfect one for you.

How long will I have to wait for my Custom Order?

Custom surfboard orders are currently taking approximately 8–10 weeks from the date of order, depending on the complexity of the design and any artwork requests.

 

Are all of your prices quoted in Australian Dollars?

Yes, all prices on this website are in $AUD. To convert to your local currency please visit www.xe.com
