We want you to be stoked, but if something’s not quite right, no worries. We’ve got you covered!
You can return or exchange items through our Returns Centre or by visiting our Byron Bay or Brookvale stores within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and sent back with original packaging and swing tags. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear, with hygiene stickers still in place and fully intact.
Received something that’s faulty or damaged? Just lodge your return through our Returns Centre. We’ll cover the shipping and sort you out with a refund or exchange.
Return Labels
- Choosing an exchange or store credit? Your return label is on us - free of charge.
- Requesting a refund? A $9.95 flat fee applies for Australian returns. We’ll deduct this from your refund and provide a prepaid label through the Returns Centre.
Surfboards and travel board bags are not eligible for free shipping or returns unless faulty.
International returns and exchanges at buyer’s expense. We’ll only cover the return if the item is faulty.

Exchange
Want a different size or colour – or looking to swap for something different?
- Head to our Returns Centre and choose the exchange option.
- We offer Instant Exchange: Your new item gets shipped out right away using your credit card as a hold. You’ll only be charged if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days.
- Use the free return label provided to send your original item back.
Store credit
Haven’t found the perfect swap just yet?
- Choose Store credit in the Returns Centre.
- Use the free return label provided to send your original item back.
- Once we process your return, you’ll receive an online voucher for the full amount.
Refund
Prefer a refund? No worries.
- Head to our Returns Centre and select the refund option.
- Return the item within 30 days in original, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method.
- You’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty. Within Australia, we can provide a prepaid return label for a flat fee of $9.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
