Apparel
Free shipping on domestic orders over $150 - Excluding Surfboards and Travel Bags.
We aim to dispatch orders received before 10am AEST the same business day, and orders received after that the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will aim to be dispatched the following Monday.
Please note that during busy periods such as sales and holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location, with remote areas taking a little longer.
We dispatch from three different locations, so if you've ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. Not to worry, the rest of your order is most likely already on its way!
Can I pick up my surfboard order in store?
Yes! You can pick up your surfboard for free from either our Byron Bay or Brookvale store. If your board is located at a different store to the one you'd like to pick up from, allow minimum 2 weeks for it to be transferred across.
NOTE: To collect in store, give us a call or send us an email on stoked@mctavish.com.au to place your order.
International
Surfboard shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We'd recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Apparel
Free shipping on international orders over $300 - Excluding Surfboards and Travel Bags.
US: Due to the recent changes to tariffs we have decided to pause all shipping of McTavish apparel and goods to the United States until further notice. Surfboards are available for shipping. We hope to open this up again soon, but in the meantime you can continue to support our little brand by shopping McTavish at a number of US based stockists.
All other countries: Apparel shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We'd recommend checking with your local authorities before placing your order.
Special Note
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on your location and time of year. Things like busy sale periods, public holidays and the occasional curveball from the weather can all cause delays that are beyond our control. If your order isn’t moving the way you’d expect, reach out and we’ll do what we can to help. Just make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as unfortunately we’re not able to redirect or refund orders that have been sent to an incorrect address.
