Apparel
We aim to dispatch orders received before 10am AEST the same business day, and orders received after that the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will aim to be dispatched the following Monday. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location, with remote areas taking a little longer. We dispatch from three different locations, so if you've ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. Not to worry, the rest of your order is most likely already on its way!
Can I pick up my surfboard order in store?
Yes! You can pick up your surfboard for free from either our Byron Bay or Brookvale store. If your board is located at a different store to the one you'd like to pick up from, allow up to minimum 2 weeks for it to be transferred across.
NOTE: To collect in store, add only the surfboard to your cart at checkout — the pick up option will then appear. Any extra gear, accessories or apparel can be sorted out when you come in to collect.
International
Surfboards
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We'd recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Apparel
US: Due to the recent changes to tariffs we have decided to pause all shipping of McTavish apparel and goods to the United States until further notice. Surfboards are available for shipping. We hope to open this up again soon, but in the meantime you can continue to support our little brand by shopping McTavish at a number of US based stockists.
All other countries: Apparel shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We'd recommend checking with your local authorities before placing your order.
Special Note
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Please be aware that postal services can and will be slower during holiday seasons.
