Design
"The Son of Plastic is the first high-performance single fin I’ve made since the seventies. It’s based on the original Plastic Machines of the sixties Shortboard Revolution. Its secret is lots of cubic inches with an accelerating vee bottom. That combination means high planing speed, but adds rocker to the rail line, making its wide tail friendly to roll, bank, and turn like a multi-fin board, all with the ease of control that a single fin supplies. Built as a daily rider for waves up to overhead in any conditions. An amazing fresh design that’s an absolute blast to ride!" - Bob McTavish
