Custom Surfboards

We offer a custom program so our expert board builders can build your dream craft. Ordering is a simple process that allows you to choose colours, finishes and sizing to your specification, including having it personalised. Custom surfboard orders at this time take between 12-14 weeks to build, depending on the complexity of the design and artwork. Once we receive your completed enquiry form, our experienced staff will help guide you in the right direction to ensure you end up with a functional and beautiful surf craft that you’ll treasure for years to come.

Step 1.

Complete the enquiry form giving as much detail in the information boxes as possible.

Step 2.

Our staff will contact you either by telephone or email to help guide you through your custom order process, confirming every aspect of your order, including your shipping if required.

Step 3.

Once your order details have been completed, we require payment in full to begin building your custom surfboard. Upon receipt of your payment, we commence the production of your board, giving you regular updates on its progress. 

Hand-shape with Bob or Ben McTavish

- Custom Surfboard Program

If you would like to get closer to the design and manufacturing process of your custom surfboard, we offer a very special and personalised hand-shape experience. Bob and Ben McTavish are each available for a personal one-on-one custom hand-shape session where you can discuss the particulars of your board directly with the shaper in our Byron Bay showroom and factory, and experience in person your hand-shape surfboard being shaped from start to finish. If you would like a hand-shape by either Bob or Ben - please note in the “Your Message…” box.

Note : Additional charges do apply for this special experience. Our staff will discuss these charges directly with you upon receipt of your completed enquiry form.
