Apparel
Orders received before 10am AEST will be shipped the same business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped next business day. Orders received on weekends will be sent the following Monday. Depending on the state you live in, deliveries usually take between 2-5 business days. In remote areas expect slightly longer delivery times.
International
Surfboards
Door to door shipping rates for surfboards ($AUD / per board);
Please note that this charge covers freight only, and does not include any additional local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees. Please check with your local authorities prior to placing your order.
Apparel
International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
For International deliveries we use UPS or Australia Post (Registered).
All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers expense. International orders can be tracked through the destination country postal service website using the tracking number provided.
Special Note
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
