Simon started out spraying cars in his fathers Woolgoolga panel shop in 1995, learning all the necessary skills, and refining the airbrush work that he is now renowned for. After moving to Byron Bay in ’96 Simon moved into surfboard art, finding a niche for himself in the art of fine airbrushing. He started working for such labels as Brett Munro, Takayama, No Brand and Bear. Simon joined the McTavish team in 2004, and his amazing work can be seen on McTavish boards worldwide.
