Ben Wallace started out sweeping the factory floor at 14, before moving onto a factory management role, and ultimately into a higher position within the company. During his time in the industry he has gained extensive experience into areas such as marketing, manufacturing and materials, sales, and quality control. Ben’s daily role in the company is in domestic and international sales, factory and retail management, marketing, and on-going product development.
